As a caring & professional counsellor I work with adults of all ages and from all walks of life, supporting my clients through whatever challenging life issues they may face. I offer confidential one to one counselling sessions from my private practice in Brighton.
Having trained for four years with the CPCAB I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with extensive experience in working with a diverse range of clients, facing challenging life issues for example: anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement, abuse, loss, relationship issues and trauma.
Throughout my counselling career I have integrated various theories and techniques into my approach, this gives me greater flexibility in how I respond to you as a counsellor.
I approach my work with all clients without expectation or pre-judgement, leaving me open, able and willing to go as deep as the client wants or needs to go, for as long as they want to work.
I also undertake regular continuing professional development courses to keep me up to date with developments and contemporary research in the fields of psychotherapy and counselling.
I am also a qualified counselling tutor, woking on counslling courses at worthing college.
